My Store Policies:

Payment:

I accept Paypal, you can also pay by credit card or echeck with paypal. I will accept money orders, but there may be a delay in shipping depending on when the money order arrives. I also have signed up for google checkout, this is new to me, so have patience with me on learning the google checkout.

Shipping:

I ship everywhere in the USA & Internationally! Order processing begins 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment. I try to ship super fast, usually within 24 hours! PLEASE NOTE: I can only ship to your paypal address listed. If you need to ship to another address, paypal allows you to list a different shipping address at time of payment! Be sure to do this so you & I both will be eligible for the paypal shipping protection!

I try to be fair on shipping charges, and suggest insurance on your packages in case of loss or damage in transit. I only charge what the post office charges me for insurance. I am sorry, but I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged packages without insurance. I also combine shipping, so the more you buy, the better the shipping charge!  I have noticed that sometimes my Prostores Store Ship Calculator doesn’t add the ship charges correctly. Please notify me by email so I can refund the ship charges. My shipping charge includes packaging supplies like bubble mailers & wrap, tissue paper, etc.

If you are an international customer, and need insurance, you will want to go with International Priority Mail. I also ship International First Class, but if you buy more than $75.00 I would prefer to ship with insurance. I do have to add a little more for international shipping as paypal charges me a little more to exchange your monies to USD. Again, I try to be fair on International shipping as well. Sometimes I can get your items in the small priority mailer, which also saves you money!

Refunds & Exchanges:

I am sorry, due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns. I do offer the Deluxe Samples, "Try Me" size jars & kits, and you always receive FREE SAMPLES in every package I ship!

Also, remember that minerals are "FIXABLE" so if you do get a foundation color that is too light or too dark, we can add a different color to make a customized blend! That is why try me's & samples are so great! You can see what colors you like & need for your skin tone! I do also sell sample packs with plenty of minerals in the baggies for you to try several times & are very affordable! Please email me if you need certain colors and if I have something similar to what you are looking for I can help. I can also custom blend colors that you may like from another company but may be discontinued, or you would prefer to have a better quality makeup in your favorite color!

Additional Information:

I do not animal test my products! I have human guinea pigs for testing (family & friends)!

I list all ingredients on the labels, & on the insert cards for kits. Sometimes you will see a "MAY CONTAIN" ingredient on the label. This is generally for an extra SPF ingredient or another color pigment. If you have any questions on your particular item, please feel free to contact me with any concerns. I do this as I have general labels for different category items & each batch of mineral makeup is made individually, so contact me if needed. I make sure you know my list of ingredients used in my formulations.

All pictures are taken by me, & I don't claim to be a pro photographer! I do try to get the photo colors close to the correct actual color of the item. If I feel it is not exact, I will always describe what the color is. Computer monitors are not created equal as well, & some colors look different on various color monitors. You can sometimes enhance your colors by increasing the color pixels on your monitor.
